Shipping Policy

We, at Ni & Ka, make all reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to Users in a timely manner. The terms contained in this Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification, and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

All products are shipped within 5 to 7 working days of placing the order. We partner with third-party courier service providers to execute delivery. Details of the delivery partner will be provided to the user upon the purchased product being handed over to the delivery partner. A standard delivery date shall be provided to the Users in the order confirmation email or message. Upon order confirmation, we provide the User with a tracking number via Email and SMS. You can conveniently track your orders through the online tracking facility. Users must provide their complete street address and PIN code when placing a purchase order. Orders once confirmed cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed.

Keeping delivery ease in mind, our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts to the address specified by the user or customer at the time of placing the order. If the order/package remains undelivered, our courier partners will inform us.
