Once the product has been delivered by us, all Exchanges/Returns/Refunds of the product shall be governed by the following Exchange/Return/Refund Policy.
Exchange & Return Process
Ni & Ka offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, allowing you to raise an Exchange/Return request within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend making an unboxing video and taking photos at the time of delivery, as this may be required to tprocess exchange, return, or refund requests. The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and properly wrapped with the tags intact, as it will be checked at our end. We will initiate a return pickup once we receive your request. Return charges will be applied by the delivery partner.
Customization & Made-to-Order Policy
We aim to keep every product displayed on our website in stock. However, if an item is unavailable, share your size, style preferences, and customization details with us, and we’ll create the item specifically for you. We have a chart on the website that will help you identify your preferences and place the order. The customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellations. Return of the product can be initiated at times of incorrect or wrong product.
Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
- Package lost in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product delivered in a damaged condition
- Verified size or fit issue (subject to inspection and return conditions)
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Design and colour variations- Minor variations in embroidery, colour, or design due to lighting, photography, or fabric nature are not considered defects.
- Products returned in a used condition
Claiming Refunds:
The amount of the product will be refunded to your account once our delivery partner picks it up from your location and we verify the product. Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 72 working hours after product verification. The refund will be credited to the same account used to pay for the order.

We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and ensure their quality, but due to the nature of the fabrics, we cannot guarantee embroidery or colour bleeding.

Please review the sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit that best suits you. Due to the nature of different fabrics, the given measurement may vary slightly.
